Reflection 5 I have learnt about food processes. Do you know what do cheese, yogurt, bread, wine, vinegar, beer, pickles, soy sauce, and kimchi have in common? They are all produced by fermentation ! Fermented foods are those foods produced by the modification of a raw material of either animal or vegetable origin by the activities of micro-organisms. Bacteria, yeasts and mould are usually used.
We also learnt how to make yoghurt
