 Reflections 4 => I have learnt how to streak an Agar plate , how to sterilize my table and how to pipette 100ml Determining bacterial growth 1. Pipette 100ul into each plate using fresh new Pasteur pipette 2. Label your group number and type of preservative on all three agar plates 3.Spread the preservative using a new inoculation loop for every plate 4. Incubate at 37 degrees Celsius, 24 hours
