I have learnt how to prevent browning by either soaking it in salt water or putting it in a vacuum pack. Browning is made up of oxygen and melimin.
Food processes- station B
I have learnt about Non-enzymatic browning which is a chemical process
that produces a brown colour in foods without the activity of enzymes. One example of such a process which I have witnessed is known as Caramelization.
